Alert Portal


Conducting an activity with integrity and respect for all applicable laws, rules and regulations is core to Verkor’s mission. Pursuant to this commitment, Verkor has set up an alert portal that enables secure reporting and message exchanges. It is accessible to all employees and third parties.


You can report here the existence of any conduct or situations contrary to the general interest of which you have personal knowledge or which you have witnessed. The confidentiality of your identity will be preserved at the time of reporting, as well as throughout the entire alert handling procedure.

What type of situation can be reported?

You can report any observations or concerns in relation to the Verkor’s scope of responsibility with regards to:  

  • A violation or an attempt to conceal a violation of national or international law, regulation, an international agreement ratified or approved by France, or a unilateral act of an international organization taken on the basis of such a commitment;  
  • A threat or harm to the public interest;  
  • Any risk to or infringement of human rights, fundamental freedoms, labor rights, the health, safety, or living conditions of individuals, or any action that hinders, harms, or negatively impacts the environment; 
  • A violation of Verkor’s Code of Conduct. 


For illustration, reported observations or concerns could relate to (a suspicion of) corrupt practices, anti-competitive practices, conflicts of interest, impropriety, financial malpractice, fraud, embezzlement, theft, misuse of company assets, anti-competitive agreements, violations of international sanctions, environmental damage or human rights violations, health and safety violations, harassment, bullying, violence or threats, discrimination, misuse of personal data, misuse of intellectual property, or any other crime, offense, or misconduct, or the attempt to conceal any of these.  


Can I raise an alert anonymously?

You can send an alert anonymously. However, we recommend that you identify yourself. Keep in mind that an anonymous alert can only be processed if the seriousness of the mentioned facts is established, the factual information is detailed and documented enough.


Please note that alerts are collected and processed in such a way as to guarantee strict confidentiality concerning:

  • your identity as a whistleblower ; 
  • the identity of the person(s) targeted by the alert;
  • any third parties mentioned in the alert;
  • documents, information or data collected in connection with the alert. 


Those treating the alert take all necessary measures to assure the security and confidentiality of documents and information, whether they are collected, processed or stored. They are also bound by a written undertaking of reinforced confidentiality.

How do I follow up on the status of my alert?

You will be able to track your alert and send and receive secure messages with the confidential code that is generated by the platform when you submit your alert. Note that if you submitted an alert anonymously, you will not receive any updates on the status of your alert.


Caution: the code to access your alert is unique and personal, and you are the sole holder of it. In case of loss, it cannot be reset and a new alert will need to be submitted.
