To be admissible, your alert must be serious and factual. The admissibility of the alert will be assessed according to the following criteria:
- does the alert describe a harmful situation?
- Is the situation described sufficiently serious?
- Is the alert accompanied by any documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
- is the alert made in good faith?
In order to respect the confidentiality and the legitimate rights of all parties involved, every alert is subjected to rigorous analysis and a detailed internal audit. The identity of the person making the report will not be disclosed.
